Stryker is looking for an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to join our team and ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives, review product designs, and ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for quality assurance and a commitment to excellence.To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, or a related field, along with at least five years of experience in a quality engineering role. You should also have extensive experience with quality systems, such as ISO 9001, and an understanding of regulatory requirements, including FDA and GMP. Responsibilites:

  1. Lead the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
  2. Review product designs and ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
  3. Maintain and update quality systems, such as ISO 9001.
  4. Understand and implement regulatory requirements, including FDA and GMP.
  5. Utilize statistical process control methods and root cause analysis techniques.
  6. Lead quality assurance activities and ensure products meet the highest quality standards.
  7. Monitor and track quality metrics and performance data.
  8. Develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality issues.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met.
  10. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
