  1. Develop and implement product security strategies and policies to ensure the safety and security of Stryker's innovative medical products.
  2. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities in product design, development, and manufacturing processes.
  3. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to product security, such as HIPAA, FDA guidelines, and ISO 27001.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into the product development lifecycle.
  5. Stay updated with the latest security threats and industry trends, and proactively implement measures to mitigate potential risks.
  6. Mentor and guide junior staff members on product security best practices and provide training to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  7. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including product development teams, regulatory affairs, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment on security protocols and procedures.
  8. Lead and participate in product security audits and assessments to evaluate and improve current security measures.
