Service Warehouse Operator

1. Receive and process incoming orders and shipments in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Maintain inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels at all times.
3. Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet company standards.
4. Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move and store products within the warehouse.
5. Keep the warehouse clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
6. Communicate with internal departments to fulfill orders and resolve any inventory discrepancies.
7. Monitor and report any damaged or faulty products to the appropriate team members.
8. Follow established procedures for handling, storing, and shipping medical equipment and supplies.
9. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
10. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and maintain customer satisfaction.
11. Continuously identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations to management.
12. Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company in a professional and positive manner.
13. Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
14. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by the warehouse manager or supervisor.
