  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the spine market.
  2. Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
  3. Utilize strong communication and presentation skills to effectively promote and sell Stryker's spine products.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and market changes to accurately position and differentiate Stryker's products.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive the success of Stryker's spine portfolio.
  6. Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for healthcare professionals to ensure proper use and understanding of Stryker's products.
  7. Attend and participate in industry conferences, events, and meetings to network and promote Stryker's products.
  8. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  9. Continuously seek out new business opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers.
  10. Represent Stryker with the highest level of professionalism and integrity at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales, Preferably In The Spine Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Spinal Anatomy, Surgical Procedures, And Medical Terminology.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Healthcare Professionals.
