  1. Promote and sell Stryker's innovative spine products to healthcare professionals in South Florida.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential clients to increase sales and revenue.
  3. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
  4. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and goals.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  6. Attend conferences, tradeshows, and other events to showcase Stryker's products and network with potential clients.
  7. Provide training and education to healthcare professionals on the features and benefits of Stryker's products.
  8. Demonstrate excellent customer service and follow-up skills to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Strong Knowledge Of The Medical Device Industry: A Successful Spine Sales Associate At Stryker Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Medical Device Industry, Especially Related To Spine Surgeries And Products. This Includes Knowledge Of Competing Products, Industry Trends, And Relevant Regulations.

  • Proven Sales Experience: Candidates For A Spine Sales Associate Position Should Have A Track Record Of Success In Sales, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry. This Includes Experience In Building Relationships With Clients, Meeting Sales Targets, And Negotiating Contracts.
