  3. Collaborate with Stryker's marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and prospecting potential clients in the sports industry.
  5. Manage and prioritize a sales territory, including scheduling and conducting product demonstrations and presentations.
  6. Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, including addressing any product or service-related inquiries or concerns.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  9. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote Stryker's sports medicine products.
  10. Maintain accurate sales records and reports to track progress and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
  11. Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development opportunities.
  12. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while representing Stryker and its products.
  13. Travel within assigned territory to meet with clients and attend events as required.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Sales, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Medical Device Sales, Preferably In The Sports Medicine Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Anatomy And Physiology, Particularly Related To Sports Injuries And Orthopedic Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Build And Maintain Relationships With Healthcare Professionals And Decision Makers.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Building A Successful Territory.
