Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join the R&D team at Stryker. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical components, assembling prototypes, and troubleshooting designs. To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of two years of experience in mechanical engineering. Additionally, you must have a strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for innovation. Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies
  2. Assemble prototypes and troubleshoot designs
  3. Analyze mechanical engineering principles and develop innovative solutions
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure designs are viable and meet customer needs
  5. Assist in the testing and troubleshooting of mechanical components
  6. Document designs and present them for peer review
  7. Monitor project progress and timelines
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technological advancements in mechanical engineering
