  1. Assist the sales team in promoting and selling Stryker's joint replacement technologies.
  2. Participate in sales meetings and presentations to learn about the company's products and services.
  3. Shadow experienced sales professionals to gain insight into sales strategies and techniques.
  4. Conduct market research to identify potential new customers and gather information about competitors.
  5. Help develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
  6. Assist with creating and delivering sales proposals and presentations.
  7. Collaborate with other departments within the company, such as marketing and product development, to support sales efforts.
  8. Attend industry events and trade shows to represent Stryker and network with potential customers.
  9. Keep up-to-date on industry trends and developments to identify new sales opportunities.
  10. Prepare and maintain sales reports and documentation, including customer contact information and sales data.
  11. Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop sales skills and product knowledge.
  12. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and goals.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members and superiors to provide updates on sales activities and progress.
  14. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  15. Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
