  1. Collaborate with the engineering team to support and develop innovative manufacturing processes for medical devices.
  2. Assist in the planning and execution of engineering projects related to improving production efficiency and product quality.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
  4. Support the design and development of new products and equipment.
  5. Participate in product testing and validation activities.
  6. Develop and maintain documentation and records related to engineering projects.
  7. Attend team meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvement.
  8. Learn and adhere to all safety protocols and regulations in the manufacturing facility.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and managers to provide updates on project progress.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance and supply chain, to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  11. Embody the values and mission of the company in all work activities and interactions.
  12. Continuously acquire knowledge and skills related to manufacturing engineering and medical technology through training and self-study.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  14. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
