This hands-on role will provide valuable experience and exposure to the dynamic field of medical sales. As an intern, you will work alongside our experienced sales professionals and have the opportunity to contribute to the success of our Upper Extremities business.   1. Assist the Upper Extremities Sales team in achieving business goals and targets.
  2. Collaborate with sales professionals to understand and develop strategies for promoting Stryker's products and services.
  3. Participate in sales meetings and presentations to gain knowledge and experience in the sales process.
  4. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop leads.
  5. Help in the preparation of sales materials and presentations.
  6. Assist in organizing and attending sales events, such as trade shows and conferences.
  7. Learn and understand the features and benefits of Stryker's products to effectively communicate with customers.
  8. Shadow experienced sales professionals to observe and learn best practices in the field.
  9. Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  11. Continuously learn and improve sales skills through training and feedback.
  12. Represent Stryker in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  14. Complete any additional tasks or projects assigned by the sales team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
