- Provide technical support for Stryker's wireless medical products to both internal and external customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to wireless medical devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address product quality or reliability concerns.
- Conduct testing and analysis to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and troubleshooting guides.
- Train and educate customers on the proper use and maintenance of wireless medical products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in wireless technology to continuously improve product support.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to provide timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Participate in product development and testing processes to provide technical expertise and feedback.
- Identify opportunities for product enhancements and collaborate with the product development team to implement improvements.
- Prioritize and manage multiple technical support cases simultaneously, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of technical support cases and resolutions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Continually seek ways to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
Strong Technical Knowledge And Expertise In Wireless Network Infrastructure, Including Routers, Switches, Access Points, And Other Related Equipment.
Experience Troubleshooting And Resolving Complex Wireless Network Issues, Including Interference, Connectivity, And Performance Problems.
Familiarity With Various Wireless Protocols And Standards, Such As 802.11Ac, 5G, And Bluetooth.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Individuals.
Previous Experience In A Technical Support Role, Preferably In The Healthcare Or Medical Device Industry.
