The hiring process at Subaru typically begins with an online or in-person application. A recruiter will then review the application and contact qualified candidates for a phone interview. If selected to move forward, the candidate will then be asked to attend an in-person interview with representatives from the Human Resources department, and possibly the hiring manager as well. Candidates who are successful in the interview process will then be asked to complete a background check and drug test prior to an offer of employment being made.
