On-Site Leave Specialist

Facilitate communication regarding leave requests between employees, location leads and corporate administration. Proactively share insight and experience of leave administration, disability coverages and plan management with Sun Life Client’s employees and HR team members. Master knowledge of the client’s inforce Sun Life Financial benefits, leave plans and other benefits Understand and actively operate within Client’s administration systems Identify opportunities to grow membership in the offered plans and facilitate excellent client experience. Actively participate in client’s Human Resource and team meetings to answer questions regarding Sun Life’s benefits and leave plans to questions for the client. Serve as the on-site Sun Life Team member whom shares culture, identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to our long-standing relationship. Integrate knowledge of Sun Life, leave plans, systems and products with the internal processes, and products to address the needs of the client.
