Adolescent Mental Health Therapist

Sutter Health is seeking an experienced Adolescent Mental Health Therapist to join our team of dedicated professionals. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing individualized care to adolescents and their families, and who is committed to helping them through their mental health journey. The successful candidate should possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, or related field, and be licensed as an LCSW, LMFT or LPCC in the state of California. Additionally, at least three years of related experience working with adolescents and families is required. We are seeking an individual with a strong work ethic, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a genuine commitment to providing a supportive environment to our clients. Our ideal candidate will also be able to demonstrate a high level of cultural awareness, demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and development, and maintain a positive attitude even in stressful situations.
