  1. Oversee the daily operations of the Gastroenterology department, ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.
  2. Manage and train a team of administrative staff to support the Gastroenterology services, including scheduling, billing, and patient registration.
  3. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of patient care and smooth operations.
  4. Monitor and analyze department performance and make recommendations for improvement in areas such as patient satisfaction, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of services and supplies.

  8. Act as a liaison between the Gastroenterology department and other departments within the organization to promote effective communication and collaboration.
  9. Address any patient complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner, working with the team to resolve any issues.
  10. Stay informed about developments and changes in the healthcare industry, particularly in the field of Gastroenterology, to ensure the department remains up-to-date and competitive.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Administration, Preferably In A Gastroenterology Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, Particularly In The Area Of Gastroenterology.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Other Departments.

  • Experience With Budgeting, Financial Management, And Strategic Planning Within A Healthcare Organization.
