Bachelor's Degree In Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Or A Related Field
Certification As A Medical Laboratory Scientist (Mls) Or Medical Technologist (Mt) From A Nationally Recognized Agency (E.g. Ascp)
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Clinical Laboratory Setting
Strong Knowledge Of Laboratory Procedures And Equipment, Including Proficiency In Performing Complex Tests And Troubleshooting Issues
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment And Interact With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
