  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the expansion and enhancement of our telemedicine program.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions to improve access and quality of care through telemedicine.
  3. Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the telemedicine program, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote the adoption and success of our telemedicine program.
  5. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to track program performance and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Develop and monitor program budgets and financial goals.
  7. Recruit, train, and supervise a team of telemedicine staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in telemedicine, and proactively integrate new strategies and technologies into our program.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to telemedicine.
  10. Communicate and promote the benefits and impact of our telemedicine program to internal and external audiences.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Other Departments.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Healthcare Management, With A Focus On Telemedicine.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Telemedicine Technology And Its Application In Healthcare Delivery.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Telemedicine Programs.
