- Assist physicians and nurses in all aspects of patient care, including taking vital signs and preparing patients for procedures.
- Update and maintain patient medical records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Schedule appointments and follow-up visits for patients, coordinating with other departments as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, answering questions and providing information as needed.
- Prepare exam rooms and ensure that all necessary supplies and equipment are stocked and ready for use.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and completing paperwork.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless and efficient patient care.
