- Schedule Mammogram Appointments: The primary responsibility of the Mobile Mammo Scheduler and Registration will be to schedule appointments for breast cancer screenings for patients. This includes coordinating with patients, healthcare providers, and the mobile mammogram unit to find suitable dates and times for screenings.
- Manage Patient Registration: The Mobile Mammo Scheduler and Registration will also be responsible for managing patient registration for mammogram appointments. This will involve collecting and verifying patient information, insurance details, and medical history.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: As the first point of contact for patients, it will be the responsibility of the Mobile Mammo Scheduler and Registration to provide excellent customer service. This includes answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing any patient concerns or questions.
- Maintain Organization and Attention to Detail: As a highly organized and detail-oriented individual, the Mobile Mammo Scheduler and Registration will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date schedules, patient records, and other administrative tasks related to scheduling and registration.

- Maintain Confidentiality: It will be the responsibility of the Mobile Mammo
Completion Of A Relevant Degree Or Certification Program In Healthcare Administration, Medical Office Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Scheduling And Registration In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In Mammography Services.
Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology, Insurance Verification, And Hipaa Regulations.
Proficiency In Using Electronic Medical Record Systems And Scheduling Software.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Handle Sensitive And Confidential Information With Discretion And Compassion.
