
Officer, Ethics & Compliance

In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization operates with integrity and compliance with all laws and regulations. - Develop, implement, and maintain an effective ethics and compliance program for the organization.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance and develop corrective action plans.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and management on ethical and compliance issues.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Investigate and report any suspected violations of ethics or compliance policies.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on ethics and compliance.
- Maintain and update all ethics and compliance policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure that ethical considerations are integrated into business practices.
- Stay informed and up-to-date on all relevant laws and regulations and make recommendations for necessary changes to policies and procedures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for any ethics and compliance related inquiries or concerns.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and the Board of Directors on the organization's compliance efforts.
- Foster a culture of integrity and ethics throughout the organization.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Conduct investigations into reported ethical violations, document findings, and make recommendations for disciplinary action when necessary.
- Represent the organization in external audits and investigations related to ethics and compliance.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Law, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Compliance, Risk Management, Or Related Field.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Laws, Regulations, And Industry Standards.
Strong Understanding Of Ethical Principles And Ability To Apply Them In Various Situations.
Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, And Decision-Making Skills.
