  1. Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner.
  3. Schedule patient appointments and maintain accurate and organized appointment records.
  4. Verify patient insurance coverage and collect necessary co-payments.
  5. Maintain patient confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA regulations.
  6. Assist with patient registration and check-in processes.
  7. Answer phone calls and respond to voicemails promptly and effectively.
  8. Update patient information and medical records as necessary.
  9. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth and efficient patient flow.
  10. Communicate with patients and their families to provide necessary information and instructions.
  11. Process and file paperwork, including insurance forms and referrals.
  12. Handle financial transactions and maintain accurate records of payments.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and infection control protocols.
  14. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance job knowledge and skills.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, promoting a welcoming and caring environment for patients and staff.
