The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of successfully recruiting physicians.The Physician Recruiter is responsible for conducting sourcing activities, interviewing and assessing candidates, and managing the onboarding process for new physicians. This position requires a great deal of collaboration with all stakeholders to ensure a positive experience for new hires.
