
Supervisor, Integrated Disability Management

As a Supervisor of Integrated Disability Management, you will play a critical role in ensuring the well-being and productivity of our employees. In this role, you will oversee and support the integrated disability management program, which includes workers' compensation, ADA accommodations, and leave of absence management. - Oversee and support the integrated disability management program, including workers' compensation, ADA accommodations, and leave of absence management.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal disability laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote a culture of health and safety within the organization.
- Monitor and track employee disability cases, ensuring timely and appropriate management and resolution.
- Collaborate with HR, legal, and other departments to identify and implement best practices for disability management.
- Train and educate managers and employees on disability management processes and procedures.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding disability-related inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct thorough and objective investigations into workplace injuries and accidents.
- Coordinate with external partners, such as insurance carriers and medical providers, to facilitate effective disability management.
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for program enhancements.
- Provide guidance and support to employees returning to work after a disability-related absence.
- Monitor and track program costs and communicate budgetary updates to management.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee well-being and productivity.
- Stay current on industry trends and developments in disability management and make recommendations for program improvements accordingly.
- Lead and mentor a team of disability management professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Occupational Health, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Disability Management, Including Experience With Both Workers' Compensation And Non-Occupational Leave Programs.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws Related To Disability Management, Including Ada, Fmla, And State-Specific Leave Laws.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Employees, Managers, And External Partners.
Prior Supervisory Experience, With The Ability To Lead And Develop A Team Of Disability Management Professionals.
