Supervisor, Integrated Disability Management

1. Oversee and support the integrated disability management program, including workers' compensation, ADA accommodations, and leave of absence management.
2. Ensure compliance with state and federal disability laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
3. Develop and implement strategies to promote a culture of health and safety within the organization.
4. Monitor and track employee disability cases, ensuring timely and appropriate management and resolution.
5. Collaborate with HR, legal, and other departments to identify and implement best practices for disability management.
6. Train and educate managers and employees on disability management processes and procedures.
7. Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding disability-related inquiries and concerns.
8. Conduct thorough and objective investigations into workplace injuries and accidents.
9. Coordinate with external partners, such as insurance carriers and medical providers, to facilitate effective disability management.
10. Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for program enhancements.
11. Provide guidance and support to employees returning to work after a disability-related absence.
12. Monitor and track program costs and communicate budgetary updates to management.
13. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee well-being and productivity.
14. Stay current on industry trends and developments in disability management and make recommendations for program improvements accordingly.
15. Lead and mentor a team of disability management professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
