Job Description

At Synovus, we are looking for a highly motivated Compliance Complaints Risk Specialist to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is eager to use their knowledge and experience to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our compliance and complaints risk management processes. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines. This individual should have a strong understanding of risk management, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating risk. Additionally, the candidate should have a deep knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, as well as a commitment to compliance and ethics. Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the company’s compliance and complaints risk management processes.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risk associated with compliance and complaints.
  • Monitor and analyze laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and ethics.
  • Maintain records of compliance activities and any related complaints.
  • Troubleshoot compliance issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Investigate complaints and respond to inquiries regarding compliance and complaints.
  • Create reports and present findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Participate in training sessions and other educational activities to stay abreast of trends in the industry.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure compliance.

Job Qualifications
