  1. Develop and implement cleanliness and contamination control policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Conduct thorough assessments of product design, manufacturing processes, and testing methods to identify potential sources of contamination.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective mitigation strategies for identified contamination risks.
  4. Regularly inspect production facilities and equipment to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and take corrective actions as necessary.
  5. Develop and maintain documentation of cleanliness and contamination control processes and procedures.
  6. Train and educate employees on cleanliness and contamination control best practices and ensure adherence to these practices throughout the organization.
  7. Conduct thorough investigations of contamination incidents and provide recommendations for prevention and corrective actions.
  8. Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices in cleanliness and contamination control and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  9. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure their products and services meet cleanliness and contamination control requirements.
  10. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to cleanliness and contamination control to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field: A Cleanliness And Contamination Control Engineer At Thales Should Have A Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field Such As Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Or Mechanical Engineering. This Will Provide The Necessary Technical Foundation To Understand The Principles Of Cleanliness And Contamination Control.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations: Thales Is A Global Company That Operates In Various Industries, Including Aerospace, Defense, And Transportation. Therefore, A Cleanliness And Contamination Control Engineer Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Iso 14644, Mil-Std 1246C, And Nasa-Std-6008, To Ensure Compliance And Adherence To Best Practices.

  • Experience In Cleanroom Operations And Contamination Control: Thales Deals With Sensitive And High-Tech Equipment, Which Requires A Controlled Environment To Prevent Contamination. Hence, A Cleanliness And Contamination Control Engineer Should Have Experience In Cleanroom Operations And Contamination Control Techniques, Including Particle Monitoring, Gowning Procedures, And Cleanroom Maintenance.
