  1. Conduct thorough risk assessments on all products throughout their lifecycle to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with industry safety standards.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance to implement safety measures and controls during product development and production.
  3. Develop and maintain product safety plans and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and align with regulatory requirements.
  4. Perform safety analyses and investigations to identify root causes of product safety issues and develop effective corrective and preventative actions.
  5. Monitor industry trends and regulations related to product safety and recommend necessary changes to ensure compliance.
  6. Develop and deliver training programs to educate staff on product safety policies and procedures.
  7. Conduct audits and reviews of product safety processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  8. Work closely with customers to address any product safety concerns and provide technical support as needed.
  9. Generate reports and presentations to communicate product safety performance to management and stakeholders.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of product safety programs and processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Preferably In Mechanical, Electrical, Or Industrial Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Product Safety Engineering, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Product Safety Regulations And Standards, Such As Iso 26262, Do-178C, And Mil-Std-882.

  • Experience In Conducting Hazard Analyses, Risk Assessments, And Safety Assessments For Complex Systems.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Safety Recommendations To Stakeholders.
