In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our branch, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.   1. Oversee the daily operations of the branch and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  4. Monitor and analyze branch performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  5. Train, mentor, and motivate branch employees to achieve their goals and provide excellent customer service.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and identify opportunities for business expansion.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.
  8. Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance to senior management.
  9. Manage and maintain branch budget, including expenses, inventory, and staffing.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and competition to make informed decisions for the branch.
  11. Collaborate with other branches and departments within the company to achieve overall company objectives.
  12. Represent The Hertz Corporation in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  13. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  14. Perform other related duties as assigned by senior management.

  • Extensive Experience In Management And Leadership: The Ideal Candidate For A Branch Manager At The Hertz Corporation Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading A Team. This Includes Experience In Setting And Achieving Sales Targets, Creating And Implementing Operational Plans, And Handling Employee Performance And Development.
