We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Branch Manager. As a Branch Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by managing all aspects of the branch operations and leading a team of dedicated employees. We are seeking a candidate with proven leadership skills and a strong background in customer service.   1. Oversee and manage all aspects of branch operations including but not limited to sales, customer service, inventory management, and employee performance.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of employees to meet and exceed sales and performance targets.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, while ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  4. Monitor and analyze branch performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly.
  5. Train and mentor employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to promote growth and development.
  7. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and employee engagement.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
  9. Manage branch budget and expenses to achieve financial targets.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador by upholding the company's values and promoting a positive image to customers and the community.
  11. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  12. Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners to drive business growth.
  13. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify potential opportunities for business growth.
  14. Conduct regular meetings with employees to communicate company updates, goals, and expectations.
  15. Collaborate with other branch managers and company leaders to share best practices and drive overall company success.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience Managing A Team, Preferably In The Rental Car Or Hospitality Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Branch Manager Will Be Responsible For Overseeing A Team Of Employees, So They Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills To Effectively Motivate And Guide Their Team.

  • Customer Service Experience: As A Branch Manager At Hertz, The Candidate Will Be Expected To Maintain A High Level Of Customer Satisfaction. Previous Experience In A Customer Service Role Is Highly Preferred.

  • Business Acumen: The Branch Manager Will Be Responsible For Managing The Financial Performance Of The Branch, So They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Budgeting, Forecasting, And Other Business Principles.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Branch Manager Will Need To Communicate With Both Employees And Customers On A Daily Basis. Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential For This Role.
