  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in order to continuously improve sales techniques and strategies.
  8. Conduct vehicle walk-arounds to showcase features and benefits to customers.
  9. Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and documentation related to the sales process.
  11. Maintain a neat and organized work area, including the showroom and vehicles.
  12. Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  14. Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction metrics.
  15. Assist with other duties as needed to support the overall success of the sales team and company.
