Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School.

  • Admitted To Practice Law In The State Where The Job Is Located.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience As A Corporate Counsel, Preferably In A Large Corporation Or Law Firm.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Corporate Law, Including Contract Negotiation, Employment Law, And Regulatory Compliance.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With All Levels Of Management And External Parties.
