- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for the organization.
- Manage a high-volume recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of the position.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and values of the organization.
- Conduct thorough and effective interviews to identify top performers and make recommendations to hiring managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continually improve the hiring process.
- Use data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve the hiring process.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the HR team and hiring managers on the status of open positions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Maintain and update recruitment records and ensure compliance with all hiring laws and regulations.
- Act as a brand ambassador for The Hertz Corporation, promoting the organization as an employer of choice.
- Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline the recruitment process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In High Volume Recruitment, Preferably In A Corporate Or Agency Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Strategies, Sourcing Techniques, And Talent Acquisition Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Candidates, Hiring Managers, And External Partners.
Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Technology, As Well As Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software.
