- Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent for a high volume of open positions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and requirements for the open positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide regular updates on the status of open positions.
- Manage a large workload of open positions and maintain a high level of productivity while delivering quality results.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, and facilitate the candidate selection process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
- Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement recruitment initiatives and strategies.
- Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment events as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and applicable laws in the recruitment process.
- Meet and exceed recruitment metrics and goals set by the company.
- Continuously build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In High Volume Recruitment, Preferably In The Retail Or Hospitality Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Success In Sourcing And Attracting Top Talent Through Various Channels Such As Job Boards, Social Media, And Networking.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Hiring Managers And External Recruitment Agencies.
Knowledge Of Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Hr Software, As Well As Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting To Track Recruitment Metrics And Identify Areas For Improvement.
