Manager, Identity Access Operations

The Hertz Corporation is seeking a Manager, Identity Access Operations to join our team and provide oversight for all aspects of our identity and access management systems. As Manager, Identity Access Operations, you will ensure that our systems are properly configured, monitored, and maintained to guarantee the security and reliability of our identity and access management services.To be successful in this position, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in identity and access management implementations, a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, and significant knowledge of identity and access management processes and technologies. Experience with Active Directory, policy creation and enforcement, and single sign-on systems is preferred. Additionally, you should have the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work well both independently and as part of a team.
