  1. Perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate records to support the daily operations of the company.
  2. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  3. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  4. Process rental agreements and collect payments accurately, following company policies and procedures.
  5. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of rental vehicles, ensuring availability for customer reservations.
  6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of rental vehicles and customer satisfaction.
  7. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department, if necessary.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of rental vehicles.
  9. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of customers, employees, and rental vehicles.
  10. Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  11. Assist with training and onboarding of new employees, sharing knowledge and best practices to maintain a high level of service.
  12. Participate in company meetings and provide feedback to improve processes and procedures.
  13. Proactively identify and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  14. Adhere to all company guidelines, policies, and ethical standards.
  15. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
