- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and inventory.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill customer requests and resolve issues.
- Monitor and maintain the appearance and functionality of rental vehicles.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
- Keep updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate to management if necessary.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills
