The Trade Desk is looking for an experienced, customer-focused Account Manager to join our team and help us provide outstanding service to our clients. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, providing guidance and solutions, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Responsibilities:

  6. Track customer service performance and suggest improvements.
  7. Monitor customer feedback and take action to improve customer experience.
  8. Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
  9. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of competitors and their services.
  10. Participate in sales and marketing activities to increase customer base.
