  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry standards and regulations related to cybersecurity and compliance.
  2. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain security and compliance protocols.
  4. Monitor and analyze security logs and identify any suspicious activity or potential security breaches.
  5. Communicate and educate employees on security best practices and protocols.
  6. Stay updated on emerging cyber threats and recommend proactive measures to mitigate risks.
  7. Work with external auditors and regulators to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  8. Develop and maintain documentation and reports related to security and compliance efforts.
  9. Conduct training and awareness sessions for employees on security and compliance policies and procedures.
  10. Work closely with the IT team to ensure proper implementation and maintenance of security controls.
  11. Participate in incident response and investigation activities as needed.
  12. Continuously review and improve security and compliance processes and procedures.
  13. Provide regular updates to management on the status of security and compliance efforts.
  14. Conduct regular vulnerability scans and penetration tests to identify and address potential risks.
  15. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in cybersecurity and compliance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Cybersecurity Compliance Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Industry Compliance Standards Such As Iso 27001, Gdpr, And Ccpa.

  • Experience Conducting Risk Assessments And Developing Risk Management Plans.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
