
Seasonal Documents Specialist
Document Specialists are responsible for the assembly of travel documents for guests travelling with the TTC family of brands. Doc’s Specialists will work under the Documents Manager and Supervisor who will assign daily tasks in order to ensure that documents are prepared and shipped to guests in a timely manner. Pull product from warehouse and prepare items for daily use. Keep workspace stocked and ensure collateral being used is current. Use multiple computer applications including UPS World Ship to prepare travel docs for shipping. Ensure the accuracy of every booking touched by staying current with brand policies and updates.
Knowledge of UPS shipping software is preferred
