  1. Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for individuals seeking services from Thresholds.
  2. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client goals.
  3. Provide therapy and counseling services to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  4. Monitor and evaluate client progress towards treatment goals.
  5. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and holistic care for clients.
  6. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions.
  7. Advocate for clients' needs and rights within the community.
  8. Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in urgent situations.
  9. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  10. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of job duties.
  11. Maintain confidentiality of client information and records.
  12. Serve as a resource and support for clients' families and caregivers.
  13. Act as a liaison between clients and community resources, such as housing, employment, and healthcare services.
  14. Contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives.
  15. Represent Thresholds and its mission in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Or Related Field From An Accredited University.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Mental Health Setting, Preferably With Individuals With Severe And Persistent Mental Illness.

  • Valid State Licensure As A Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (Lcpc), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Lcsw), Or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Lcp).

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Evidence-Based Practices For Treating Mental Health Disorders, Such As Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (Cbt) And Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (Dbt).

  • Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team And Provide Culturally Competent Care To A Diverse Population.
