Vice President, Business Intelligence & Data Analytics

Thresholds is seeking an experienced Vice President of Business Intelligence & Data Analytics to lead the organization's data and analytics efforts. The ideal candidate is a highly-driven, results-oriented leader with a proven track record of success in leveraging data and analytics to drive strategy and business performance. As the leader of the business intelligence & analytics team, the Vice President will be responsible for developing and overseeing the organization's data and analytics strategy, leveraging analytics to drive business success, and developing data-driven insights to inform decision-making. The successful candidate must possess a deep understanding of business intelligence & analytics, have the ability to develop and execute a data-driven strategy, and have a passion for driving business performance through data-driven insights. They must also possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills and a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across departments. In addition, the ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (MBA, MS in Analytics or similar preferred) and 10+ years of professional experience in a related field.
