Job Description

The Logistics Specialist’s primary function will be to gather data and manage carrier performance to support TOMS business transportation needs domestically and internationally. Create reports from Supply Chain platform (GTN) as well as data obtained from freight forwarders, parcel providers, etc. to create cost analysis and shipment visibility. Act as transportation subject matter expert by continuously evaluating and researching carrier capabilities. Manage transportation providers through quarterly business reviews and visit retail store and distribution centers to ensure seamless shipping processes. Lead RFQ/RFP activities and corresponding bid analysis.

5 + years of experience working with Import/Export/Domestic Transportation
Supply Chain / Transportation / Brokerage Experience required
3-5 years Project Management experience
