From assisting with check-in and check-out processes to teaching our guests the basics of the game—you will be the face of the company and the first impression our guests receive.To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and customer service skills, a love of golf, and the ability to interact with guests from all backgrounds. Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival at Topgolf.
2. Assist with check-in and check-out processes.
3. Educate guests on the basics of golf.
4. Ensure that guests are comfortable and have an enjoyable experience.
5. Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
6. Ensure that golf and safety rules are being followed.
7. Assist guests with reservations and other inquiries.
8. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
9. Assist in closing and opening duties as needed.
10. Utilize technology as needed to assist guests.
