Director, Security Operations

Topgolf is looking for an experienced and motivated Director, Security Operations to join our growing team! We are seeking a forward-thinking leader with a passion for security operations and a commitment to excellence. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing security systems and processes to ensure the safety of Topgolf guests, staff, and other personnel. The Director, Security Operations will be responsible for developing and executing security plans and strategies, monitoring and responding to security incidents, and maintaining the security of Topgolf facilities, personnel, and systems. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in security operations, a degree in a related field, knowledge of current security best practices, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong leadership capabilities. Responsibilities: -Develop and execute security plans and strategies -Monitor and respond to security incidents -Maintain the security of Topgolf facilities, personnel, and systems -Implement security systems and processes to ensure the safety of Topgolf guests, staff, and other personnel -Keep abreast of current security best practices -Solve security issues and make decisions quickly -Provide leadership and guidance to the security team -Train staff on security procedures -Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations -Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure security needs are met
