Job Description

We’re looking for an outgoing, passionate, and organized Event Sales Administrator to join our team at Topgolf. The ideal candidate should have a strong customer service background, a desire to build relationships with clients, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. If you’re looking for an opportunity to take ownership of event sales and make an impact on our business, this is the role for you!To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of two years of customer service and/or event sales experience, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to quickly learn our event sales software. You should also be knowledgeable of the local market and have experience working with clients to develop creative solutions. A passion for the sport of golf and a commitment to driving sales is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle incoming inquiries from potential clients and respond promptly and professionally.
  2. Manage event sales process from start to finish, which includes creating quotes and contracts, setting up bookings, and providing excellent customer service.
  3. Develop relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering creative solutions.
  4. Research local market and identify potential clients for event sales.
  5. Understand and utilize event sales software to quickly and accurately track bookings and sales.
  6. Develop marketing plans to drive sales and increase event attendance.
  7. Liaise with other departments to ensure successful event delivery.
  8. Ensure all bookings are invoiced correctly and payment is received on time.
  9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of events and services offered.
  10. Provide feedback and make recommendations for improving event sales process.
