We’re looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and detail-oriented Event Sales Administrator to join our Topgolf team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong work ethic. This role is critical to the success of our event sales team, and you’ll need to have a knack for problem-solving and multitasking. This position requires a person with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you must have at least two years of experience in event sales, hospitality, or customer service. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. You’ll also need to have strong computer and organizational skills. Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner • Generate event sales leads and secure new business • Manage event sales operations, including budgeting, scheduling, and reporting • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of event sales processes • Prepare promotional materials and presentations • Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies for improvement • Research and identify new business opportunities • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth event sales operations • Utilize strong computer and organizational skills to manage and update databases • Follow up with customers and partners regularly • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
