Responsibilities of Event Sales Administrator:

  1. Coordinate and manage all aspects of the event sales process, from initial inquiry through to post-event follow-up.
  2. Respond promptly to inquiries from customers, ensuring that all customer needs are met.
  3. Ensure that all event details are accurately recorded and tracked in the event database.
  4. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all guests have a positive and memorable experience.
  5. Create event proposals and contracts for customers, and provide appropriate follow-up.
  6. Work closely with other departments to ensure that all event operations run smoothly and are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  7. Monitor event budgets and ensure that events are delivered within budget.
  8. Monitor customer feedback and provide suggestions to improve events and customer experience.
  9. Assist with the development and implementation of event marketing strategies.
  10. Remain up-to-date on current trends in the event and hospitality industries.
