
Real Estate Development Manager

As a Real Estate Development Manager, you’ll play a major role in expanding our presence across the globe and helping bring the Topgolf experience to life.To be successful in this role, you’ll need a few key qualifications. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate development and/or construction, as well as an understanding of the real estate market in your area. In addition, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and be knowledgeable in the legal aspects of real estate transactions. Experience in the hospitality and entertainment industries is preferred but not required.Most importantly, we’re looking for a creative problem solver with an entrepreneurial spirit and an eye for detail. If you have a passion for bringing innovative ideas to life and a knack for collaborating with a diverse group of people, then we’d love to have you on board!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute real estate plans to help grow the Topgolf brand and presence
- Analyze the real estate market in the geographical area and identify potential locations
- Negotiate and secure real estate deals with landowners, brokers, and other parties
- Manage the legal aspects of real estate transactions, including leases, contracts, and zoning regulations
- Collaborate with other departments, such as hospitality and entertainment, to ensure projects are completed successfully
- Stay up to date on industry trends and developments to ensure that Topgolf remains competitive
- Develop innovative ideas to improve the customer experience while still meeting budget requirements
