5. Continuously expand and enhance personal knowledge and expertise through training and development opportunities.
6. Assist in creating and maintaining a visually appealing and organized beverage department.
7. Collaborate with other team members to develop and execute promotional events and tastings.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to stay informed about new products and special offerings.
9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of inventory levels, pricing, and promotions.
10. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
