1. Use your extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, and beers to assist customers in selecting the best products for their needs.
2. Educate customers on the different products available and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
3. Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for the beverage industry to create a positive and engaging shopping experience for customers.
4. Maintain a strong understanding of current beverage trends and industry developments to provide up-to-date information to customers.
5. Actively engage with customers to build relationships and drive sales.
6. Collaborate with team members to ensure a well-stocked and organized beverage department.
7. Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for re-ordering products.
8. Assist in planning and executing special events and tastings to promote products and drive sales.
