1. Educate customers on the vast selection of spirits available at Total Wine & More.
2. Share deep understanding and knowledge of the spirits industry with customers.
3. Assist customers in discovering new and exciting spirits options.
4. Provide exceptional customer service by offering personalized recommendations and answering any questions or concerns.
5. Continuously expand personal knowledge and keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
6. Maintain a strong understanding of the pricing, quality and origin of spirits to effectively communicate with customers.
7. Create engaging and informative displays to showcase spirits products.
8. Collaborate with store management to ensure shelves are stocked with a diverse and high-quality selection of spirits.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to stay informed on new products and promotions.
10. Conduct tastings and events to promote spirits and increase sales.
11. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
12. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive attitude in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
13. Assist in training and mentoring new team members on spirits products and sales techniques.
14. Uphold Total Wine & More's commitment to responsible alcohol sales by adhering to all company policies and procedures.
15. Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by management.
